Flora and fauna

The large pusztas area in the Hortobágy National Park is a popular place for bird watchers. Not only does the goose dwell here, but the crane and sea eagle do as well. In national park Ferto-Hanság you will find marshes rather than pusztas. This attracts several species of flora and fauna. For lovers of water birds the park Danube-Drava is highly advisable. Here you can find many species of water birds, including several herons and the well-known sea eagle.
