Our delightful little paradise in Csanytelek, a cute traditional pink Hungarian house, completely refurbished as of 2023. It is lovely to stay in the kitchen where you have access to a nespresso machine, kettle, electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The master bedroom has a lovely large bed with electrically adjustable bases and comfortable mattresses. In the second bedroom you will find a bunk bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom has a nice rain shower, a toilet, sink and washing machine. Outside you will find a spacious terrace, a large veranda (2024), a driveway for the car and a real swimming pond (2024) where you can swim or just sit and enjoy the beautiful view, see the deer and hares walk by or admire the beautiful sunset. Do not forget to look up at the beautiful starry sky at night when it is dark.
Nature and surroundings
Within walking distance of the nature house you will find Csaj Tó, a beautiful protected nature reserve consisting of several lakes and a beautiful part of the Hungarian Puszta. Here you will find more than 220 bird species. Among others, you will find the critically endangered Imperial Eagle, which can be seen hunting on the lake, as well as numerous different species of Heron, White Storks, Harriers, Belted Warblers, Buntings, Tawny Pipits, colorful Bee-Eaters, Scarce Spoonbills and the Golden Oriole. There are also herds of water buffaloes and Hungarian cattle that provide grazing in the area, in addition of course to the deer, foxes, boars, hares that also live here. Budapest can be reached by car in an hour and a half, and the beautiful city of Szeged can be reached in 40 minutes. Furthermore, Csongrád, Kiskunfélegyháza, Szentes, Kecskemét and Kiskunmajsa are definitely worth a visit.

Julia July 22, 2025 General rating:A wonderful place! The house has become very beautiful. Fully equipped with all amenities. Good beds. The spacious 2nd bedroom is also the living room. The canopy with outdoor kitchen, large table and benches is really an addition to the house. Spacious garden, fully fenced Many seats and plenty of room for children to play. And the large swimming pond is really great. Big enough for real swimming! There are many games, outdoor toys available and also inflatable toys for the pond. In Csongrad, 20 min drive away, there is a large sandy beach on the Tisza River. We have booked this nature house again for next year!
Een heerlijk plek! Het huis is heel mooi geworden. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden. De ruime 2e slaapkamer is ook de woonkamer. De overkapping met buitenkeuken, grote tafel en banken is echt een toevoeging aan het huis. Ruime tuin, volledig omheind Vele zitjes en volop ruimte voor kinderen om te spelen. En de grote zwemvijver is echt geweldig. Groot genoeg om echt te zwemmen! Er zijn veel spelletjes, buitenspeelgoed aanwezig en ook opblaasspeelgoed voor in de vijver. Ook de Bbq ontbreekt niet.
In Csongrad op 20 min rijden heb een groot zandstrand aan de Tisza rivier. Hier zijn ook leuke eettentjes en je kunt er bootjes huren.
