This romantic nature house is located about 80 kilometers south of Limoges, on the border of Dordogne and Corrèze, in the town of Saint-Cyr-les-Champagnes. It is an authentic French farmhouse with small barn and old well, surrounded by a large flat garden (one hectare) with shady trees. Deer and roe deer often walk in the backyard and birds of prey fly above the property. The cottage has a cozy L-shaped living room with wood stove, satellite TV, radio, CD player and there is a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the two bedrooms on the ground floor are adjacent to a bathroom. The third bedroom is located in the attic. In the barn you will find the washing machine, dryer and an extra toilet. The smaller house is authentically French. This cottage is not rented out; you may use it. There is a bedroom, basement, large fireplace, shower and simple cooking facilities. Everything is very simple.
