Detached holiday home on a former farm (1850) in the 'Côtes-d'Armor', just 3 km from the beach. The house is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden and is situated in a wonderful and quiet area. The children can enjoy themselves wonderfully in the garden; there are lots of things to do. A volleyball net, a football goal, a swing and a slide. The house is furnished in a simple way and is fully equipped. The location is ideal for all kinds of activities. For example, a wonderful day at the beach in Le Guildo (3 km). For a cultural outing you can go to the city of Saint Malo (26 km). This port is surrounded by city walls. The centre can be reached by the fortress circuit, from where you'll have a spectacular view! From Saint Malo you can take the boat to Dinard. This is still a charming resort on the Côte d’Emeraude (Emerald Coast) and it's nice to see the Rance and Saint-Malo from here. Don't forget to visit the city of Dinan (19 km). It's surrounded by almost three kilometres of city walls and features a magnificent 14th century castle. Your holiday will be completed by a visit to the Mont Saint Michel (65 km).
