The studio Uno in Xixona / Jijona is equipped with a kitchen block and a table with 2 chairs . The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric hob, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. In the sleeping area with double bed, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The room is equipped with an air conditioning system for cooling and heating.

The sun shines 320 days a year. Therefore, you can almost daily use our large (6 x 12) saltwater pool with lots of space around it. Sunbeds with towel service, seating areas with chairs, shade from the umbrellas and the many palm trees give you the vacation feeling. Besides the pool we have an almond orchard of 5 hectares, so you can enjoy a nice quiet walk. In the almond orchard are also fruit trees such as orange, lemon and tangerines, or walk to the oldest multi-stemmed Holm Oak in Xixona of the province of Valencia. This stands just next to our estate, but rests with a thick branch on our land. If you are sporty, we have a table tennis table and a fitness room. In the surroundings of our finca there are beautiful hiking trails. You can also use our Casita for your creativity. An easel is at your disposal, as well as you can borrow games, macramé, etc.
