On a hilltop with a wide view over the rolling hills of southern Piedmont and the imposing Alpine chain to the west, we rent out a detached vacation home that is part of an old farmstead.on the lower floor there is a large bedroom with old exposed stone walls and a bathroom. On the upper floor you will find a beautiful eat-in kitchen with balcony and bathroom. At the back of the room we have built in a gallery. An outside staircase and a seating area under a persimmon tree connect the two floors. The total interior living space is approx. 70 sq m. Heating: All rooms can be heated with central heating. In addition, there is a wood-burning stove in the kitchen/living room for self-firing.WLAN is available free of charge.if required, an additional room can be rented in the house opposite.

The house is located in the middle of a hazelnut grove on a hilltop and is surrounded by a large, partly wild garden. There are three garden seating areas around the house, a ping-pong table, a boules court, a volleyball/badminton court and a barbecue area in the garden. We provide you with playing utensils (ping-pong and volleyball rackets, boules balls) Our house is located in the middle of a hilly area that offers many hiking opportunities. Our vacation home is located less than 1 km from the hamlet of Lovera, a group of old houses clustered around a church. 3 km further south you will reach the picturesque village of Murazzano.
