The nature house has been transformed into a modern family vacation home of 125m2, equipped with all comforts and luxuries. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. The sheepfold consists of a large open space containing the kitchen, living and dining room and bedrooms. The stables have been preserved in their original form, creating a special sleeping accommodation. The stable walls of the bedrooms are open at the top, making the space especially suitable for families. There is plenty of storage space. Adjacent are the hall, toilet, bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, double-glazed and heated by underfloor heating. There is an OLED TV, with fiber optic internet.

The nature house is located on a two-acre property in the coulisse landscape of Gelderse Valley, consisting of an orchard, a young forest, a toad pool, grass and an animal pasture. There, a number of mini-pigs roam, dwarf goats, peacocks, chickens and roosters. The owners live in the adjacent residential farmhouse with a young daughter, two friendly dogs and two cats. There is plenty of privacy. The property is adjacent to a clogging path - the Glindhorsterpad - , so a nice walk can be taken already from the garden. Nearby is the nature reserve Het Paradijs and the woods near De Glind. The Veluwe is nearby, as well as the Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
