This nature house is a cozy detached cottage with no neighbors and a private beach on the Lot River. A unique place to enjoy nature. The house has a new kitchen with a gas stove and an oven. It has two bedrooms a separate toilet and a bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living room there is a wood stove that heats the cottage in winter. So even in winter you can enjoy this beautiful place by a crackling fire. There is also a washing machine.Also for the children there is plenty to do: there are games in the closet and there is a table tennis table. In the garden (of 1500 m2) is room enough to enjoy playing. Through a natural staircase in the garden you reach the beach where you can swim, fish or from your lazy chair you can spot beautiful birds that come to drink in the river. Nearby you can rent canoes and bikes for an unforgettable trip.

The house is located along a bicycle path this gives the opportunity to discover the area by bike or on foot. Along the river Lot are medieval villages that are worth visiting. Weekly markets, churches, picturesque squares, villages like Albas, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Puy-l'Eveque where time seems to stand still...The house is surrounded by beautiful wine châteaux. The Cahors wine region extends over 3850 hectares. Vintners have been making characterful red wines here since ancient times. It is one of the oldest wines in France. They are happy to welcome you with a tour and proudly let you taste their wines.
