Situated on the south coast of the Pelion peninsula and framed by a dramatic rock formation, this villa provides you with unparalleled privacy and stunning 180 degree sea views. At the same time, it is only five minutes by car from the nearest public beach and seven minutes by foot to one of the most lauded tavernas in the region. A steep 15-minute hike through serene olive groves will take you down to a small, secluded beach with crystal-clear waters. The nature house offers a private master suite with a spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a large open kitchen / living room. An open-concept loft on split levels is set up as an extra bedroom plus inspiring workspace / lounge area with a balcony overlooking the turquoise Aegean waters. If you travel with another couple or with grown-up kids, please consult the second nature house ad (number 35576). That includes up to three additional guests in the small guesthouse, which will otherwise not be rented seperately. As this villa is built into the slope of a hill it is unfortunately not suitable for children under 12 or for people with mobility issues - our apologies! Smoking, pets and parties or events are not permitted in the house. Please bring your own beauty products.

Away from mass tourism, South Pelion is known for its pristine nature, beautiful beaches, authentic fishing villages and undisturbed hiking trails through lush green hills and olive pastures. Upon arrival, you will find hiking maps as well as our own personal recommendations for trips and other activities in the region. Internet (good enough for email and skype, but not for streaming / gaming), TV (generous selection of DVD movies in English and German only), board games and books are also available. Our dedicated property manager lives close by and speaks German, English and Dutch. Three stone terraces at different levels offer sun or shade at every hour, and a cold outdoor shower provides welcome refreshment after a day on the beach. How to get there: Approximately 5 hours by car from Athens airport and about 4 hours by car from Thessaloniki Airport via well-developed highways. During the summer season, budget airline flights are also available to Volos, reducing the travel time by car to only about 2 hours. The villa is accessible via a 150 meter-long gravel road, which is easy to negotiate, even with a basic rental car. Parking for several vehicles is available by the house.
