The nature house is located at the edge of the village of Marathea, at the top of a slope, and has a magnificent view of the valley, the mountains and the sea.The house is traditionally built in the style of the Mani, above an olive grove with 55 old olive trees.On the upper floor is the kitchen/living room. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, extensive crockery and good kitchen utensils. In the room you can relax on a lovely sofa and comfortable armchairs. From the room and kitchen there is access to the immense balcony where you can enjoy the unique view.On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with two comfortable beds that can be separated and joined. One bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, the other rooms share a bathroom. In the storage room there is a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. From the ground floor you have access to the many terraces around the house, where you can enjoy the sun or the shade. For winter guests: there is a stove in the living room and the entire house has central heating.

From Polyorea you can drive to the sea in 10 minutes. There are several sandy beaches, large and smaller, with seafood restaurants by the water.At one of the smaller beaches, nude sunbathing is allowed.The nearest town is Gyhtion. You drive there in 15 minutes. It is a lively town with many waterfront restaurants and nice stores. There are supermarkets and on Friday there is a market.Day trips from Marathea are: Monemvasia, Mistras, the caves at Pirgos Dirou and a tour of the Mani where you will be amazed by the many beautiful views of the villages, the rugged mountains and the sea. If you like hiking, you will be in for a treat. Everywhere in the neighborhood and from the house you can make beautiful walks.
