This ruralhut is situated on a hill at the foot of a volcano ( Puy de Manzagol) and is fully equipped. This spacious hut has parking space for a number of cars and a big garage. It has two decked terraces where you can lounge in the shade during the summer. A big living of 60 square meters connected to a design kitchen area that has a big dining table. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, coffee machine, American fridge with ice cube maker and a dishwasher. Wide glass sliding doors open up to the terrace at the front of the house where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe, relax, read and enjoy the beautiful view and the peace and quiet. On the first floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine. Next to it is the bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Next to the bathroom there is a second lavatory. A stylish oak staircase leads to the second floor where the four large bedrooms en a storage room can be found. This ruralhut is suitable for children over 10 years old.

From the ruralhut there is a unique view of the beautiful green landscape and of the lake ( Lac de Triouzoune) which is a 450 acre long reservoir. Privacy, luxury, peace and quiet are a few keywords that come to mind. This area is very attractive for nature lovers. The Correze is rural, genuinely French and not overrun by tourists. The air is clean and very pure and the climate is wonderful: summer temperatures sufficiently decline at night so that one can enjoy a good night's rest. In the surrounding area of the house there is enough to do: there are beaches all around the lake, dozens of pedestrian and mountain bike trails of various levels, authentic villages, flea markets, ancient castles and other places of interest. All around the lake water sports or all kinds can be enjoyed and there are a number of bars and nice restaurants to visit in the area.  The golf course of Neuvic and the Dordogne river are only a 10-minute-drive away. Larger cities like Tulle, Brive and Clermond-Ferand are at a reasonable driving distance from the house. This wonderful home is only 200 meters from the lake. A quick swim before breakfast is possible and the two canoes in the garage under the house are at your disposal.
