This cozy ruralhut is located in the white part of the estate, amidst the rolling hills of the Marks, at the end of a quiet road without traffic. In this estate are three spacious ruralhuts. Everywhere from the grounds you have a phenomenal 360 degree view. From the south-east side apartment (120 m²) and the balcony you have a magnificent view over the grounds and the valley. The large, tasteful and comfortably furnished living room with open kitchen is on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms with wooden floors and a spacious bathroom. There is a balcony on the north side along the entire length of the bedrooms. On the second floor is a hall with large bedroom with its own spacious bathroom. The windows and balcony doors have shutters and fences. There are standing fans in the bedrooms. The bedroom on the second floor has air conditioning. The largely shaded area has several terraces where you can enjoy all the quietness. This small-scale, peaceful project ensures privacy. You can find cooling in the enclosed swimming pool, which is purified with salt. Under the large gazebo you can have a nice lunch or lounge. All this clearly child-friendly. There are 60 olive trees and a vegetable garden with herbs and vegetables. If you want to enjoy this too, feel free to walk in.

For nature lovers this part of the Marks is an eldorado. You can enjoy hiking in various nature parks, such as Parco Naturale del Conero, Gola della Rossa di Frasassi and Monte Catria (1700 meters). A must see is a visit to the beautiful caves of Frasassi. The owners have hiking and cycling routes available. The estate is located on a diving distance from the Adriatic Sea with both sand and pebble beaches. In this area there are many wine and olive groves. Here you can experience the authentic Italy by visiting the medieval towns with their fortresses, city walls and beautiful churches. On the market you will find a selection of local products and fresh vegetables. On the seafront there are many good restaurants where you can eat delicious fish, more in the inland you will find mostly meat and homemade pasta on the menu. All this while enjoying a delicious glass of Verdiccenhio or other special wine from this DOC wine region. If you are an olive oil lover, you can buy your cold-pressed oil directly from the olive oil press. One of the nice things about the Marks is that you will almost meet no other tourists.
