This unique accommodation is within walking distance of the ski slopes, the cross-country ski trails and the fantastic recreational lake. A wonderful, tranquil spot surrounded by green and overlooking the valley. The chalet has a place to store your bikes and/or motorcycles and has a spacious ski storage area with a washing machine and clothesline. The living area consists of a dining nook and a cosy sitting nook with a TV, DVD and board games. Outside, you have a choice of various terraces with plenty of privacy since you have the area all to yourself. Each terrace has a great view of the lake, the town centre and the slopes. With a bit of luck you might even see wildlife. Gérardmer is a charming little town that has a lovely promenade with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bistros and all sorts of little shops. In summer you can go swimming, sailing, surfing, rowing, canoeing, fishing, riding in electric boats or simply relaxing in one of the parks or on the beach. Winter turns the area into a winter sport destination with 40 km of ski runs and cross-country trails as well as 20 ski lifts.
