Neat ground floor (entrance has a few steps) holiday home with all necessary comforts and privacy in very quiet surroundings, away from all tourism, yet near the coast and cultural cities. One of this holiday home's assets is by all means the private pool, which was often refreshingly cool. Warming yourself back up can be done on the spacious sun terrace with two sunbeds and an outdoor shower. There is also a neat garden, situated higher up with gorgeous plants and oleanders. Nice for taking a stroll. This villa is in Llagostera on the Costa Brava. It is an excellent starting point for day trips to Barcelona, Blanes and Girona. If you want to go to the beach you can choose from seaside resorts Sant Feliu De Guixols (14 km) and Tossa de Mar (17 km). The first town has a long-stretched sandy beach with a nice boulevard and in Tossa de Mar you will find yourself at the edge of the historical centre and its magnificent castle. D
