The luxury accommodation features nine spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with underfloor heating. For children a games room is available. The entire accommodation is wheelchair accessible: wide doors, adapted sanitary and no doorsteps. For meeting groups there is a meeting room with all the necessary amenities. Catering is possible. The spacious living room with underfloor heating with open kitchen features a generous dining area, a cozy seating area and a seating area around the fireplace. From the living room you walk on to the terrace with barbecue and garden furniture from which you have a great view of the hills and forests of the Ardennes / Eifel. There is a recreation field of 3000 m² with playing equipment for the children and there's a possibility for soccer. For sauna enthusiasts there is a wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and infrared cabin.

The ruralhut is located in the picturesque hamlet of Holzheim, at an altitude of approximately 560 meters in a nature park. From the accommodation there are possibilities for excursions in the Ardennes and also the German Eifel, for example Prüm and Malmedy. For outdoor sports enthusiasts, there are various hiking and mountain bike trails starting right from the house. Water sports enthusiasts can visit the lakes of Bütgenbach and Robertville. Due to the high altitude there is usually snow in the winter, so there is a lot of cross country skiing in the area. Skiing possibilities with slopes are about 20 kilometers from the house.
