Al Monte is located at an altitude of 400 meters in the hills above Partigliano, an authentic and typical Italian village. The 200 year old property is surrounded by olive and fruit trees, and has a fantastic view of the village and the valley below. The owners renovated the house in 2007, which now offers comfortable accommodation for six to eight in a unique location. Although Al Monte kept its authentic charm on the outside, with walls made from local stone and an authentic bread oven, on the inside it is a comfortable family home. Slightly higher in the grounds of approx 1 acre there is a private swimming pool (10x5, depth 1.20-1.80) with spectacular views. It is surrounded by its own terrace and has a separate pool house with shower and toilet. The pool is open from mid May to end of September. Al Monte is situated in a tranquil rural location surrounded by woodlands and open countryside. It enjoys stunning views. The house can be reached by an unpaved track of a few hundred meters from the main road. Due to its location the house is not suitable for the disabled and young children (under 6).
