Look no further and come enjoy a carefree weekend, midweek or week in our beautiful woodland cottage in the nature reserve 'Reestdal'. The cottage is located on the small recreation estate Reestdal. The cottage is adjacent to the forest and has its own woodland garden. An ideal place for families, people who like walking, cycling and want to relax in nature. When you arrive, the beds are made and for everyone there is a towel ready. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen has a dishwasher and oven/microwave. The cottage is very child friendly. The garden is fenced. There is a crib, playpen, stair gate, high chairs, bathtub and fun toys.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest. From the park you walk straight into nature and you can start beautiful walks and / or bike rides. IJhorst is located in 'Het Reestdal', a beautiful nature reserve on the border of Overijssel and Drenthe. There are many special plants and animals, including badgers, deer and not to forget storks. It is the place where you can encounter storks everywhere! This area is the largest breeding ground in the Netherlands. About 20 kilometers from the nature house are the two beautiful national parks ´Dwingelderveld´ and ´Weerribben-wieden´. Highly recommended to go there! Visit the visitor centers of nature monuments and from there start the most beautiful cycling and walking routes. Also for children there is much to do in the neighborhood. All information to enjoy going out you will find in our cottage. In the house is a nice cupboard with leaflets and there is an extensive information booklet with great ideas for days out.
