Large living room in open concept with the kitchen, 2 bedrooms on 1st floor, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The furnishings is raw and very rustic with several sitting areas and a dining area. The many windows facing south and north make the living room very bright. There are more sitting areas and a dining area. One bedroom on 1st floor is for 6 people, there is a small wall diving the room. The other bedroom is for 1 person only and is very small. The heating is via district heating and air-to-air heat pump in order to ensure the lowest heating costs possible. On the lawn the children can play ball games.
