Holiday house with various recreational opportunities in and around the house and beautiful views to the surrounding fields from the large natural plot. Located on the edge of a small village, the area is ideal for excursions in the countryside, as well as fishing trips and sports activities in the fresh air. The house has two floors with a light living ambience. Living room with wood burning stove and separate kitchen with contemporary furnishings, four bedrooms and activity room with table football, dart board and Nintendo Wii. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a guest toilet. Outside on the large property there is a slightly elevated terrace area, which is suitable for sunny days and barbecues. For the youngest is a sandpit, for older children also gate and fireplace with seating ready. The rear garden area is fenced, so that the four-legged friends of the family can run free here. In addition, two canoes belong to the house (accessories included, use only at your own risk!). A roof rack is needed to transport the canoes to the nearest body of water. No rental to youth groups desired!
