The ruralhut is located in a rural area. There is a double bed and two single beds with duvets. Multiple persons (children) are negotiable. The beds feature electric blankets and the beds are made. The house is heated by a wood burning stove, but in the morning it is also possible to use the zibro-stove. There is a full equipped kitchen with combi / microwave and fridge (no freezer). The terrace is located on the water with views over the meadows. A boat is available and fishing is also possible (pack a fishing tackle). In the garden you can find the forest owl, blackhead, greenery and mocking bird. The hiking and cycling routes are ready for you to discover. The landlord has many tips and also offers bird excursions. Also boating with a boat over the Linge is possible (with skipper). Coffee and tea are included in the price, but breakfast is not. The house is located in the province of Zuid-Holland, but is also 800 meters from the province of Utrecht and 20 kilometers away from the city of Utrecht. 's-Hertogenbosch is only 25 kilometers away.

This delightful spot overlooks the meadows and the 'Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (Diefdijk)' with many orchards, marshes, reed areas, forts and dike breakthroughs. You can swim in nature pond the 'Schoonrewoerdse Wheel' (within walking distance). At three kilometers lies the glass city of Leerdam with the Linge river. Visit the glass museum, glass blower or glass gallery. There are interesting bird areas nearby such as The Zouweboezem at Lexmond, including the purple, blue and black tern. Province of Bolgarije at Zijderveld with roe deer is also nearby. The new floods along the Lek near Culemborg (from Fort 'Werk aan Spoel'). The area has many beautiful nature trails, you can enjoy cycling well in this area. The river Linge is ideal for a canoe trip or boat trip (on request by landlord). The village of Schoonrewoerd is within walking distance with shops and a fine dining café.
