A little piece of America, but with a Spanish twist! Welcome to our charming ranch, nestled in the peace and tranquility of the Spanish countryside. You’ll have no less than 30,000 m² at your disposal, with about 300 almond trees, grapevines, and delicious fresh figs that you can pick yourself during the season. The house features 2 bedrooms (one with a 160x200 bed and one with a 140x200 bed) and 2 bathrooms. Outside, you’ll find your own mini-pool, plenty of parking space, and a fully fenced-in property—making it ideal for families with children. Enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the beautiful Spanish countryside. The highway is just 200 meters away, making it very easy to reach us. We usually live here ourselves and are nearby if you have any questions; we’re happy to help whenever you need us. Our affectionate dog and cat also live here…both are very affectionate and very child-friendly. Don’t forget the chickens for your daily fresh eggs (free of charge). You’ll have a good internet connection here (4G and 5G).

Velez Rubio is located in the beautiful Los Vélez region, in the northern part of the province of Almería. (7 km) A surprisingly green and mountainous area, far from mass tourism. The region is characterized by vast valleys, rugged mountains, almond orchards, and Mediterranean forests. Nearby is the Sierra María-Los Vélez Natural Park, covering more than 22,000 hectares. Here you’ll find beautiful hiking trails, deep gorges, vast pine forests, and impressive mountain peaks. With a little luck, you might spot a golden eagle or other rare birds of prey along the way. The area is ideal for hiking, biking, mountain biking, exploring nature, and simply enjoying the tranquility and breathtaking views. The villages of Vélez-Blanco, María, and Chirivel are also definitely worth a visit. And if you’d like to spend a day at the coast? From Vélez-Rubio, both the coast (45 minutes) and cities like Lorca and Murcia are easily accessible. In short: the perfect spot for anyone who wants to experience a different, authentic side of Spain.
