El Milagro in Bédar, Andalusia, is a sprawling natural retreat offering energy, tranquility, and renewal. We live at El Milagro ourselves and warmly welcome guests seeking peace and quiet. As a rule, only one guest room is rented out at a time—for maximum privacy. Set on one hectare of land with spectacular views of the mountains and the sea, you’ll feel the special atmosphere here. The entrance, with its bell, evokes the feeling of a peaceful monastery. Through the patio, you’ll reach your room, which features a private entrance, a private bathroom, and a small terrace opening directly onto the garden and pool. A high-quality natural mattress, air conditioning, and a view of the sea from your bed ensure a restful stay. A kitchenette for self-catering, yoga mats, a workspace, and Starlink Wi-Fi are available. The garden, parking lot, and pool are available for shared use, and our kitchen is also available upon request. The natural terrain requires sturdy footwear and sure footing. The unique wooden spiral staircase leading to the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located about 3 km above Bédar, nestled in the tranquil mountain landscape of Almería—so close to the sky, with sweeping views all the way to the sparkling sea. In the village of Bédar, there is an ATM, a grocery store, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. The natural garden offers cozy spots with a hammock and outdoor furniture. The seasonal pool (8x4m) is nestled in nature. At night, the starry sky enchants, while sunrises and sunsets cast a magical glow every day. Even in fall and winter, the mild sun spoils you. Mojácar Pueblo and dreamy beaches are about 30 minutes away. Cabo de Gata is 1 hour away. A car is required. Free private, monitored parking is available. The drive takes you along a paved, winding, narrow mountain road—with every turn, you’ll leave everyday life behind! For a stress-free arrival, we’d be happy to pick you up in Bédar the first time you visit. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €150.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
