This characterful 18th-century residence, meticulously renovated in 2026, seamlessly combines historic charm with high-end contemporary comforts. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to offer a rare and intimate experience—one where time seems to stand still. A Refined Retreat with Generous Living Spaces Spanning 160 m² (1,720 sq ft), the house accommodates up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults and 2 children).

The landscaped 6,000 m² (1.5-acre) garden, filled with mature trees and seasonal flowers, offers a range of outstanding amenities: * Heated saltwater swimming pool (10 m × 4 m), open from May 1st to October 1st, secured with a lockable submerged cover and alarm system * 16 m² spa area featuring a 6-person jacuzzi * Stone fire pit (brasero) for memorable evenings under the stars, accompanied by the sounds of the forest—owls calling and roe deer barking in the distance * Shaded terrace, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners * Orchard with seasonal fruit available for guests to pick and enjoy Just a short walk away, a trail leads directly into the Brotonne Forest, covering 7,000 hectares (17,000 acres) of preserved woodland, ideal for walking, cycling, and reconnecting with nature. Perfectly positioned between coast and countryside, the nature house offers easy access to some of Normandy’s most beautiful destinations.
