An attractive and cozy 2-person vacation home of 53 m², which we have recently lovingly renovated and decorated. The gîte is situated in a part of our house, but private and with its own entrance. On the ground floor you will find a cozy sitting area, a spacious dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside is a lovely terrace facing west, equipped with lounge furniture and a picnic table, perfect for enjoying the view and the setting sun. In the surrounding meadow you can also relax while listening to the soothing sound of birds and crickets.On the second floor you will find the bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe possibilities and a compact bathroom with shower and toilet.We offer an excellent fiberglass wifi connection. Thus, watching TV is possible on your own tablet, if necessary, and you have a media player to stream music or listen to radio.
Nature and surroundings
Be surprised by the beautiful surroundings. Set out for a nice walk in the characteristic bocage landscape. We have already worked out several walks for you. Discover charming villages, local markets and lively flea markets. And of course Le Mont-Saint-Michel (45 min), Mortain with its beautiful waterfalls (10 min), Villedieu, famous for its copperware (20 min) and Domfront (30min). In the hamlet 'La Cour de Haut' there is an organic bakery ' Au Four'nid' with delicious disembroded bread from a wood-fired oven. Take away on Monday and Thursday afternoons. A medium-sized supermarket is 6 minutes away and a small store with fresh baguettes is 3 minutes away. GR22 We are right on the GR22 hiking trail, the long-distance hiking trail from Paris to Le Mont St. Michel. From our address begins the most beautiful part with many hills and views.
