La Perle is a charming, detached vacation home with two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The restroom is located on the ground floor. The property features a spacious, open garden that borders directly on the pond and offers a beautiful view of the meadows beyond. Here, you can enjoy nature, the open space, and the typical Norman atmosphere in complete tranquility. The natural swimming pond is located in the adjacent fenced-in pasture; it is shared with La Couronne, the other vacation home (sleeps 6) on the property. Inside, La Perle is stylishly decorated with a unique blend of Art Deco and boutique chic, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The bright dining room with an open kitchen forms the heart of the home, where you can cook, dine, and relax together. The wood stove adds extra warmth and charm, even on cooler evenings.
Nature and surroundings
Paradis du Normandie is located in the heart of Normandy’s lush countryside. This region is known for its varied landscape, featuring vast meadows, winding rivers, bocage scenery, and authentic villages. Here, you can enjoy peace, space, and the typical Norman charm. For lovers of culture and history, the surrounding area is particularly rich. Just a short distance away are the famous D-Day beaches and historic towns such as Bayeux and Caen. Bayeux is known for its beautiful medieval center, its impressive cathedral, and, of course, the world-famous Bayeux Tapestry. Caen offers a lively mix of history and urban charm, featuring the imposing castle of William the Conqueror, interesting museums, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin Nature Park is nearby—a paradise for hikers and birdwatchers. Cycling routes such as the Vélomaritime and various “voies vertes” make cycling in this region very appealing.
