La Perle is an attractive detached vacation home with two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. The toilet is located on the ground floor. The house has a spacious, open garden directly adjacent to the pond and offers a beautiful view of the meadows behind. Here you can quietly enjoy nature, space and the typical Normandy atmosphere. Inside, La Perle is stylishly decorated with a unique mix of art deco and boutique chic, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The bright dining room with open kitchen is the heart of the house, where you can cook, dine and relax together. In the adjacent meadow is the natural swimming pond, shared with La Couronne, the other vacation home (6pers) on the property.
Nature and surroundings
Paradis du Normandie is located in the middle of the green heart of Normandy. This region is known for its varied landscape with vast meadows, meandering rivers, bocage landscapes and authentic villages. Here you will enjoy peace, space and the typical Norman charm. For lovers of culture and history, the area is particularly rich. A short distance away are the famous D-Day beaches and historic towns such as Bayeux and Caen. Bayeux is known for its beautiful medieval center, the impressive cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Bayeux Tapestry. Caen offers a lively mix of history and city conviviality, with the imposing castle of William the Conqueror, interesting museums and a wide range of stores and restaurants. The natural park Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin is nearby a paradise for hikers, bird watchers. Cycling routes such as the Vélomaritime and various voies vertes makes cycling in this region very attractive
