Surrounded by rolling olive groves and breathtaking mountain scenery, this is the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. The property features a charming private courtyard where you can relax in complete tranquillity, as well as access to a shared swimming pool (with just one other family), heated from approximately late March to the end of October. Step outside and enjoy quiet country walks, fresh mountain air, and the sounds of nature all around you. Despite its secluded feel, the cortijo is easily accessible via a fully paved road, no dirt tracks, and just 5 minutes from the motorway. Ideally located to explore the region: only 45 minutes from Málaga and the coast, around 1 hour from Granada, and 1.5 hours from Córdoba. The nearby village of Villanueva del Trabuco, just 5 minutes away, offers local shops, restaurants, and everything you need.
Nature and surroundings
Step straight out of the door and into nature. From the cortijo, quiet country paths lead through olive groves and rolling hills. Perfect for walks, hikes, and peaceful moments in the mountains. The area is calm, uncrowded, and ideal for switching off. Nearby, the famous local "Cien Caños mountain spring", El Torcal de Antequera offers unique limestone landscapes and scenic hiking routes. The Sierra de Tejeda Natural Park, home to La Maroma (the highest peak in the region), is perfect for more challenging hikes and breathtaking views. For a truly unforgettable experience, visit El Chorro and the famous Caminito del Rey, a dramatic cliffside walkway through a spectacular gorge. From gentle walks to full-day adventures, this area is made for nature lovers.
