It's in the countryside, but not completely isolated, at the gateway to the Château de Saint Germain de Livet, and in a peaceful setting. Comfortable gîte, sleeps 2 to 8. Large living room with open fireplace, mezzanine: billiard room and table soccer, 3 bedrooms: ground floor: 160cm bed, first floor: 1 with 2 single beds, first floor: 1 with 4 single beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (small bath). At the gates of the Saint Germain de livet castle, our gîte overlooks the touques valley, also well known to freshwater fishermen. The view is very restful and allows you to forget the hectic pace of the cities.
