Our magical natural kingdom is located at the foot of the Sierra Nevada, in the Alpujarras (Andalusia) at 900m. Embedded in the nature of the typical local flora and fauna and under the azure blue sky, a feeling of peace and serenity quickly sets in. The perfect place to pause, arrive and slow down. There are three accommodations on our finca, one of which is our enchanting tree house - Casa Calendula. The tree house, built in an old olive tree, invites you to dream and enjoy. The cozy roof terrace is the perfect place for this. Below the tree house there is a fully equipped and covered outdoor kitchen with a dining area and various seating options. The sanitary facilities, in the form of a comfortable bathhouse with separate toilets and a separate shower, are 20 m away.
Nature and surroundings
In the central communal area, there is a spring water pool, various sunbathing areas, a drinking fountain, another large seating area and a tree terrace in an old olive tree. Adjacent, but somewhat more private, there is a yoga area and another terrace with a hanging bed under an olive tree, which invites you to spend the night in the open air. At night, the exceptionally clear night sky reveals a wonderful view of the stars and often the Milky Way, accompanied by the concert of crickets and the sublime call of the rare eagle owl. The individual accommodations can be booked independently of each other, as can the entire site. Our finca is also home to a number of four-legged friends, the dogs and cats of which roam freely on the finca. There is much to discover for adventurous guests, hiking on old trading routes, snow-capped peaks, traditional white villages, markets and much more.
