In the Perche/Normandy region, is our beautiful water mill with a beautiful spacious garden, a canopy and cozy seating. The ideal place to break your trip or enjoy your vacation here. Important to know is that there are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a steep staircase upstairs. So if you come with small children (from 12 years is fine to do) or if you are less agile, please take this into account to avoid disappointment. Both rooms have a double box spring bed. Next to the bedroom on the 1st floor is the bathroom with sink, shower and your own toilet. Downstairs is the living room with a nice sofa, a refrigerator where you can get drinks (turf to use) and where you can play a game.
Nature and surroundings
This attractive water mill is located in a quiet, green setting on the outskirts of the village of Blèves. The Mill's garden is an oasis of peace and space, rich in beauty and possibilities. You will find an orchard, a covered terrace with bar and outdoor kitchen, a picturesque lake with a babbling brook and a lush garden full of flowers, with numerous cozy seating areas. It is a place where you can relax, recharge and be inspired by the serene surroundings.The rural, rolling countryside invites you to explore. Picturesque villages such as the artists' village of La Perrière are well worth a visit. A little further away is the Alpes Mancelles region: imagine yourself in Switzerland: with impressive rock formations, crystal clear rivers and charming villages. Visit brocante markets or the historic city of Le Mans, The vast lakes and forests are ideal for hiking, cycling or canoeing. There are beautiful natural parks in the vicinity.
