A unique farm experience! Staying in an old pig barn. We offer two lodgings. The Ode to the cow room with 2 separate electric beds and also suitable for the disabled. Has a TV and en suite bathroom. The folklore room has a king size bed, sitting area and TV downstairs and a separate toilet and bathroom. The upper floor, accessible via the folklore room, has 2 separate single beds and is accessible via a steep staircase ladder. A local farmer's breakfast can be booked in addition and is served for you on the private terrace or in the common room. In the common room you can use the kitchen and relax on the couch with a good book. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a kettle and coffee maker for filter coffee. Optionally you can book breakfast with homemade and local products. Vega is possible.There are 2 fatbikes (for rent) with which you can make beautiful trips....
Nature and surroundings
The covered terrace offers views of the countryside and provides a relaxing moment. Relax on the outdoor furniture in the private garden or light a fire in the fire pit with marshmallows for the children and watch the starry night sky. The private garden is partially walled with an earth wall which ensures privacy. Adjacent is a natural play element for children where they can slide, climb trees or swing on the swinging rope. During the season there is an ice cream shop and coffee shop in the yard. Which is run on Monday and Thursday afternoons with barista coffee and homemade cake. And open almost every weekend from 11.00-16.30. The nature house is located on LF Zuiderzeeroute and close to the Pioneer and Christoffelpad. In no time you are in the Wieden for a canoe trip or visit to Giethoorn. May of course not forget the museum Schokland and Nagele for culture. And you can cycle endlessly here.
