Detached cottage in the yard, among the meadows and on the edge of the forest. Here you will experience peace and space. The cottage offers lots of privacy and was built under architecture in 2023. We ourselves have lived here during the renovation of our farm. Classification: Ground floor: living room and open kitchen with patio doors with screen doors to the terrace and garden. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the room a staircase to the mezzanine with the sleeping area. The living area is about 50 m2. Parking on private property. In the cottage there is a television. You can also use a barbecue.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in the green outskirts of Laren. In the vicinity of Verwolde Estate. Nature reserve Kranenborg is within walking distance. The cottage has a private garden with two terraces and views over the meadow. With some regularity from the cottage are deer or hares to see and almost daily birds of prey. The cottage offers a good base for walking or cycling. Or you can just sit in the garden. Interesting cities worth visiting in the area are Lochem, Deventer, Apeldoorn and Zutphen. Deventer and Zutphen are old Hanseatic cities with a beautiful historic center. In Lochem you can walk at the Lochemseberg or, also nearby, at the Bald Mountain. In Apeldoorn you will find Paleis het Loo and the Apenheul. If you want to store you can go to Apeldoorn or Enschede for the large chains. In the atmospheric Deventer and Zutphen you will find streets with many small stores.
