Once dedicated to flour production, this mill has been carefully rebuilt and renovated to offer a comfortable and deeply rejuvenating stay. Located just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte d'Émeraude and Côte de Goëlo, the mill is the ideal base from which to explore the treasures of northern Brittany while enjoying a peaceful haven in the countryside. The house opens onto a vast, light-filled winter living room, with a bay window overlooking a 1.4-hectare private garden. Here you'll find a cozy fireplace, ideal for quiet evenings, and a fully-equipped open kitchen, perfect for convivial cooking. A sunny terrace invites you to enjoy your meals or morning coffee in the heart of nature.

Nestled in the heart of a 1.4-hectare private estate, the Moulin de Craffault is a haven of peace where water, trees and light create a living tableau. Crossed by a river and bordered by woods, this historic 18th-century site, inscribed on the Cassini map, offers total immersion in Breton nature. The calm is absolute, punctuated by birdsong and the murmur of water. A footpath runs alongside the property and leads to the 132-hectare Plédran wood, ideal for walks, mountain biking or family games. Just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Côte d'Émeraude and Côte de Goëlo, the mill is the perfect base from which to explore northern Brittany while recharging your batteries in a verdant setting.
