Nature house in Periana

Our new ground-floor apartment is spacious, quiet, and ideal for families of up to six people. You’ll have the entire ground floor to yourselves, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen-living room where you can cook, eat, and laugh together. Inside, you’ll find games and toys to keep the kids entertained even on rainy days. From the south-facing terrace, you can look out over Lake Viñuela, the mountains of the Axarquía, and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance—a view that never gets old. The large garden invites you to enjoy the outdoors. Children can run among the olive trees, splash around in the fenced-in pool, or play in the (play) orchard. There’s a trampoline, a swing, and plenty more fun for the little ones. Meanwhile, you can relax in a hammock, cook in the outdoor kitchen, or simply enjoy the view. Spending time together, enjoying the outdoors—a place where children can play freely and parents can unwind while you create new, beautiful memories together.

The nature house is located in Periana, in the heart of the mountainous Axarquía region. Typical of this region are the mostly white villages, of which Periana is one. It is a charming, picturesque village with a lively center featuring shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and a large swimming pool. Olive trees thrive throughout the landscape. Olive groves are everywhere, often bordered by a row of almond, pomegranate, or fig trees. If you drive over the mountain, you’ll reach the province of Granada in 10 minutes and see the landscape change, as many vegetables are grown here. This nature house is a great base for various activities. For example, there are many hiking trails in the Axarquía region. Within half an hour, you can enjoy playing on the beach at Torre del Mar. A little further on is the beautiful town of Nerja with its beaches and caves. Within an hour, you’ll be in the charming city of Málaga. The Alhambra in Granada is a 1.5-hour drive, and the Mezquita-Cathedral in Córdoba is just under 2 hours away.
