We have renovated our house "villa kerland" over 5 years under ecological aspects - heat pump, wood wool as insulation, solar panels, rain cistern, green electricity, a vegetable garden and many edible plants are the result so far. villa kerland is located on a 3000m2 plot on the absolutely quiet outskirts of Morgat - it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach and the center of Morgat with its stores and bars. Behind the house is the Kador pine forest and the famous GR34 long-distance hiking trail. On the first floor there is a very large, very nice eat-in kitchen with dining table, sofa, armchair, the spacious living room with another corner bench & table and large fireplace, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two more double bedrooms, a large bathroom, as well as a very nice play area for children with a cozy sofa and book corner. The garden has a pirate platform, two terraces & an outdoor shower.

Situated on the edge of Morgat in the foothills of the Kador pine forest, absolutely quiet location in a cul-de-sac. The beauty of the location: all the stores, bars, restaurants and beaches of Morgat can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, by bike you can be in LaPalue or Goulien in 10 minutes, even to Camaret-sur-Mer you need no more than 45 minutes by bike - in other words: you are NOT dependent on the car if you want to explore the area! The justifiably famous GR34 long-distance hiking trail runs behind the house and invites you to go hiking in breathtaking landscapes!
