This nature house is a beautiful 19th century Breton country house, surrounded by a large park with century-old trees (including 200-year-old oaks and a giant sequoia 40 m high) and surrounding 200 ha of woods and meadows (family owned). The house is decorated with antique furniture and mirrors with gilded frames. Home to bats, wall lizards, marble salamanders and barn owls, the house has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 11. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room, a study, a hall, a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the second floor are six bedrooms (7 beds: 4 double beds and 3 single beds), a bathroom, two shower rooms and a toilet. The house borders the Brière Regional Nature Reserve, an extensive marshland area full of special fauna and flora. It is close to the sea and beaches and beautiful historic fishing villages on the south side of Brittany.

The forest surrounding the house is rich in birds, including middle spotted woodpeckers, black kites, bee-eaters, greylag hawks and skylarks. Deer, wild boar, badgers, polecats and otters live there. The neighboring Brière Nature Reserve is an extensive wetland with special fauna and flora ("Ramsar wetland"). You can hike, bike and take boat trips there.
