Nature house in Orgiva

Located in a peaceful river setting, our farm consists of two large wooden yurts and several outbuildings. We have a natural pool for cooling off with the fish. The yurts are set up as yoga retreats or just to relax from the stresses of modern life. We have good solar power and city water. The yurts are in olive groves and the farm is accessible by a 600-meter natural road, so no Ferrari's. The farm is close to town and the area has a good mix of nationalities. Many alternative healers and people who live off-grid live here. Every Thursday there is a local market. Nearby is the town of Lanjarron with its many natural springs and a little higher in the mountains are the traditional white villages of the Alpujarras. There are many restaurants in the area where you can sample local dishes. There are also several alternative therapies available from local practitioners and various activities available during the week such as quad biking, hiking and excursions. This is the real Spain, very different from Marbella.

Located on a riverbed in the Alpujarran Mountains, Orgiva is the capital of the Alpujarras, a 40-minute drive from the beach and a 1-hour drive from the city of Granada. The farm is located in an area of mixed agriculture and a natural park.
