This spacious and modern vacation home is located at the end of a rural road in the green heart of beautiful Brittany. A special place where you can really enjoy nature and tranquility and relax. The house has 2 bedrooms and is equipped with all modern comforts. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. Spacious open living room with comfortable corner sofa, smart TV with wifi, DVD player with movies, bluetooth music system, books to read and information about the area. Through the garden door you have access to a large paved private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, lounger, bbq and views over the meadow and garden. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. In the adjacent empty outbuilding is a washing machine. Pets are allowed after consultation.

Come and enjoy the beautiful nature and absolute peace and quiet.Here you only hear the birds and in the evening the owl with a beautiful starry sky.Due to its central location, we are ideally located for exploring both the inland and the coast.Ploërdut, the nearest village, is about five minutes drive and is built around a beautiful medieval church. The village has a bakery, grocery store, restaurant and two cafes.The nearest town is Guemene-sur-Scorff, classified "Petite cité de caractère" and famous for its andouille! about a 10-minute drive away. Here you will find a large supermarket, petrol station, chargers for electric cars, bakeries and restaurants. Just 10 minutes drive away you will find the Nantes - Brest canal, along which you can spend hours cycling or walking along the water with no traffic. Walks start in front of the door by the forest!
