The apartment is about 40 m2 and suitable for up to 2 people, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and closet space. In addition, there is a cozy open living room with kitchen, there is a sofa and there is television/radio. There is a separate, lockable bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.The apartment is located at the rear of our rustic, rural, detached villa and features modern decor with authentic elements. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025. The garden features a spacious swimming pool (8×4 meters) with sun beds, an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, an outdoor fireplace and dining table. Plenty to enjoy a breakfast in the sun or a refreshing dip when returning from a beautiful day. Also inside there is ample opportunity to prepare a meal. Basically the pool and garden are private as we are considerate of each other, we use it ourselves when the guests are away.
Nature and surroundings
The apartment is located in the countryside ('campo') near the lively, picturesque white mountain village Almáchar, here you can sit down on a terrace for breakfast or tapas with a drink, both in the morning and in the evening there are plenty of restaurants and bars open, making the village feel very lively. There are several stores such as a number of neighborhood supermarkets, a pharmacy, a butcher, a fishmonger, a bakery, there is an ATM / bank and several kiosks where you can go for a drink and a snack on a square. The village also has a somewhat larger municipal swimming pool and petanque courts. This region is known for the Moscatel grape, during a walk in our area you will see endless grape fields, fruit plantations, rolling hills and rugged mountains. The region lends itself well to long walks, there are several marked routes, from the apartment you can walk some of them. The city of Malaga is a 40-minute drive away.
