Large family home (8 to 15 people maximum), nature and beaches only 10 km away. 10 km from the sea, in a magnificent rural setting in Lanmérin, only 1 km from local shops, our charming house can accommodate up to 15 people. You'll find every comfort: 5 bedrooms, a dormitory, a ground-floor bedroom with bathroom/WC (sheets provided), a large dining room with a 5 x 1.5 m table, a large stove for a cosy wood fire (wood provided) and board games, a kitchen with a large table and an American fridge with ice maker. A large outdoor area with ample parking. Table soccer. A sheltered ping-pong table and outdoor games. Plenty of sun loungers and a barbecue.

This family home is located 1 km from a small village with a bakery and pharmacy.... It shares its history with you and invites you to get together with family or friends, in the heart of nature, just 10 km from a wide variety of beaches and tourist attractions. You can visit in a variety of ways: walking, hiking, cycling, kayaking... This location gives you the opportunity to visit our beautiful region of the Côtes d'Armor (Perros-Guirec, Ploumanac'h, Trégastel, Port Blanc, Bréhat, etc.) and enjoy our great Breton cultural diversity. The region offers many cultural events and small concerts all year round, as well as excellent restaurants in the center of Lannion, Perros Guirec and Tréguier, and we'll be happy to give you some good addresses.
