Welcome to this 2 person Nature House in the Achterhoek! Located in the rural area between the villages of Laren, Harfsen and Almen. In the recently renovated old residential part of this farmhouse is an accommodation of over 60 m2 with a beautiful view over the green meadows. This nature house has a large living room with kitchen. With 4 burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and kettle. A coffee corner with a Senseo-Switch. A separate dining room with beautiful views. A bedroom with a double bed with quality mattresses of 1.80 x 2.10 meters. A bathroom with (rain) shower and sink. A separate toilet. There is plenty of storage space. Wifi and TV with chromecast are included. In short, a suitable location for the active nature lover looking for a quiet rural place to spend the night. The cottage is located in a yard, and is part of an (inhabited) residential farm in an agricultural area.
Nature and surroundings
Nearby, there are plenty of opportunities for great biking or hiking. Discover the beautiful estates, the Holterberg or Vorden with its castles. Also get acquainted with the countryside of both Laren and Harfsen. At only 1 kilometer from your accommodation you can walk through fields, meadows and over country estates the clog path "The Laorns Enkenpad" of 14.4 kilometers or the clog path "The Braakhekke Bultenpad" of 11.4 kilometers. You enjoy wide views and real farmland, and the cozy village of Laren is nearby. Fifteen minutes by bike. It has 2 restaurants, a snack bar, a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket. In addition, there is a small, cozy market every Thursday morning. The nearest town is Lochem, but the beautiful Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are also within 20 minutes by car.
