Cozy rustic guest room with small fridge, coffee & tea facilities, microwave, private bathroom, terrace and swimming pool (private), between the mountains of Malaga. Located in a quiet place, ideal for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists / mountain bikers, etc. Perfect to relax and enjoy the tranquility with beautiful views over the mountains. You can also let us take unique retro vacation photos! Occasionally, one of our cats, Nano or Lars, may also come to neighbor. This nature house is located about 15 minutes drive from the village of Almogia, a car is needed. There you will find a supermarket and several bars and restaurants. The city of Malaga, the airport and the beach are all within a 30 minute drive. To access the finca there is about 3 minutes on a dirt road, it is possible to get here with a normal car. We will send you, prior to your arrival, very detailed instructions on how to get to us.
Nature and surroundings
The place is very quiet in a mountainous landscape with many olive groves. The natural environment offers varied landscapes, with mountains, reservoirs and rivers that will surprise hikers & cyclists. Late January early February is the period of almond blossom, this is a very beautiful period for nature lovers and hikers. About 40 minutes from this cottage is the beautiful natural park El Torcal de Antequera with impressive rock formations. The nature in El Torcal is very special. On the rocks you will often see ibexes. El Torcal is one of Spain's most spectacular and beautiful natural areas because of its remarkable rocks and karst formations. The famous hike El Caminito del Rey is also just over an hour away. The Sierra de las Nievas Natural Park is an hour's drive away.
