Our room with kitchenette is a pleasant double room of 25m2, with a private bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet. The room is on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard and has its own entrance. Of course there is free wifi (fiber optic), a TV, a kitchenette with refrigerator, combi microwave/oven and the possibility of making coffee and tea. There is ample supply of plates, cutlery, glasses etc. The confortable bed is 160cmx200cm. There are inside a table with two chairs and outside on the terrace also two chairs with nice cushions and a canopy.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of a very varied and therefore beautiful nature reserve. The owners have been able to observe many species of birds in the immediate vicinity: Little Egrets, Black Ibises, Storks, Owls and Buzzards. In the Vendée there are about 2,500 hectares of nature open for walking and cycling. Through the forests, along the rivers and marshes and, of course, along the coast. Along the coast between the northern tip of the island of Noirmoutier and the coast of the Bay of Aiguillon, you will find plants and animals of all kinds. These range from Mediterranean plants to the most diverse birds. Due to the mild climate, many birds winter in our region. Due to the high tide difference, at low tide many special animals can be seen on the beach. Here you can think of large red starfish, different types of crabs, et cetera.
