Just above Le Mans, in the Perche/Normandy region, is hidden a beautiful water mill: Le Moulin en Route. An ideal place to break your journey south in one of the authentic rooms or to enjoy your vacation here. You stay in a large bedroom with a double extra-long box-spring bed and there are 3 sofa beds that can be converted into a comfortable bed. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a bath and your private toilet. In the bath you can take a shower. There is a large kitchen, living room with TV, dining room on the ground floor. In the garden are sitting areas and find the peace of the orchard. In the garden is a canopy with outdoor kitchen to stay even when it rains and enjoy breakfast / dinner or bbq and you will lack nothing. The watermill is close to the N12 and A28. Please note the 3rd, 4th and 5th person sleeps on a sofa bed with extra mattress, best suited for children.

This attractive water mill is located in a quiet, green setting on the outskirts of the village of Blèves, (90 inhabitants). The garden of the Moulin en Route is an oasis of peace and quiet, rich in beauty and possibilities. You will find an orchard, a covered terrace with bar and outdoor kitchen, a picturesque lake with a babbling brook and a lush garden full of flowers, with numerous cozy seating areas. It is a place where you can relax, recharge and be inspired by the serene surroundings.The rural, rolling countryside invites you to explore. Picturesque villages such as the artists' village of La Perrière are well worth a visit. A little further away is the Alpes Mancelles region: imagine yourself in Switzerland: with impressive rock formations, crystal clear rivers and charming villages. Visit brocante markets or the historic city of Le Mans, The vast lakes and forests are ideal for hiking, cycling or canoeing. There are beautiful natural parks in the vicinity.
