Just above Le Mans, a beautiful water mill is hidden away. An ideal place to break your trip to the south or enjoy your vacation here. You stay in a bedroom with a double extra-long box-spring bed and there are 2 sofa beds that can be converted into a comfortable bed for the kids. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with walk-in shower and your private toilet. The mill press is in your front room.You have your own entrance and there is a large kitchen, living room with TV and a dining room on the ground floor. In the garden are sitting areas: find the peace of the orchard. In the garden is a canopy with outdoor kitchen to stay even when it rains and enjoy breakfast/dinner or bbq/wine. You will lack nothing. Also super that your dog is welcome (though please consult). The watermill is located near the N12 and A28. Note the 3rd and 4th person, best is a child, sleeps on a sofa bed with extra mattress.

Visit brocante markets or the historic city of Le Mans, The vast lakes and forests are ideal for hiking, cycling or canoeing. There are beautiful natural parks in the vicinity.
