Nature house in Galaroza

Our beautiful, rural cottage is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Sierra de Aracena and yet close to the lively village of Galaroza and the cozy village of Las Chinas (with eco-vegetable garden where you can buy delicious vegetables etc.). Do you want to unwind, write a book, retreat from the hectic world, practice yoga for a while, hiking, biking, lose yourself in nature, you can't imagine it, on our little mountain you are guaranteed to come back to yourself. In the hot summer months there is plenty of shade from the mighty cork oaks, ancient chestnut and olive trees. In the fall, there are fresh chestnuts to roast and wild mushrooms galore. The winter months are often mild and there is always enough firewood to warm the cottage comfortably inside to enjoy all the rural details in the cottage, which we built ourselves with care and love. There is a good solar system attached to the cottage and there is hot water!

The sierra de aracena and picos de arroche are located in the province of Huelva, between the vibrant city of Seville, the immense beach of Huelva and the border with Portugal. There is always plenty to do culturally in the area and there are often fairs, markets, concerts and nature activities as well. If you come by public transport, it is possible to be picked up by us in Fuenteheridos/Galaroza. If you come by car, then the finca is easily accessible on a dirt / country road, about 10 minutes drive uphill from the main road (N433). The finca is located on a hill, so there are beautiful viewpoints. In addition, there are many hiking trails around the finca and throughout the region. Children up to 6 years old can come along for free!
