Single-story gîte 200 m² + garden 2000m. It consists of a large dining room with fully equipped kitchen. 3 adjoining bedrooms, 2 of which have private doors to the garden. Beds are made for your arrival! Bed linen + towels + gloves provided Room 1: double bed + closet, possibility of an umbrella bed, individual access door to the garden. Room 2: double four-poster bed, possibility of an umbrella bed, individual access door to the garden. Bedroom 3: bunk bed, double bed and 1 wooden crib, folding bed possible. Large living room with fireplace, children's play area, piano, sofa bed for 2 persons with real mattress, extra bed for 1 person. Garden furniture, deck chairs and barbecue Petanque area with boules Baby equipment on request.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €300.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
