This nature house is an ideal stay to unwind with family or friends in the Stille Kempen. It consists of a cozy living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The biggest assets are outside where a spacious - partly covered - terrace opens onto its own beach and pond in a wooded area. There is also plenty of space to park cars on the property. For the children there is a large playground, a lawn and trampoline, and it is also possible to rent a hot tub additionally for 120€ for 2-4 nights and 150€ for 5 nights and more. This includes water and wood during the entire stay. The prices and conditions shown here do not apply to vacation periods. Then a minimum stay of 6 nights is required and we charge a 20% surcharge on the prices shown.
Nature and surroundings
Now the chalet is located in a wooded area, but during the first part of the 20th century the plot was part of a peat extraction area. After reclamation, the area was parceled out, with the ponds near each plot still bearing witness to the peat pits that were mined. After reclamation, a lot of land was raised and trees planted, leading to the current mature forest around the ponds. This combination of water and forest gives fantastic views from the chalet or from the terrace during any season. The chalet is also located near the Kleine Nete, on which you can make a sublime kayak trip. From the back of the plot you can start a beautiful walk through meadows and woods.
