Candeleda is a warm and beautiful town, in the slope of Sierra de Gredos. You can reach the town through Madrid airport. Madrid is located at 180 kms away from Candeleda. From this country house, you could wake up every day looking into the Almanzor mountain peak, with more than 2500 meters high. This is a town with incredible mountains, walking views and big amount of natural lakes that are formed thanks to the water coming from the mountains, is a tourism destination for Spanish people, mostly coming from Madrid. So, if you decide to go there, you will be treated very welcomed and maybe you may be one of the fewest non Spanish there.
