We welcome you to our guesthouse in Normandy, 25km from Rouen and on the edge of Europe's largest beech forest. You'll stay in our tinyhouse, which looks like a Swedish cabin. Inside, you'll find a double bed (140x190), a bathroom with shower, and a small wood-burning stove. If you have children, they can sleep in our little vintage caravan, a 1972 Eriba Puck. We have a small kitchen available for guests to share in a glass roof. You can swim in our heated outdoor pool. Prices include breakfast, served in our living room or in the garden.
Nature and surroundings
Our 1865 house, formerly a village café and grocery store, is situated in the heart of our small village of 350 inhabitants, on the edge of a wonderful forest. We have two guest rooms in our home, as well as the tinyhouse. We lend out bicycles if you fancy a ride along the country lanes. Normandy is a hilly region, with many rivers and pretty gardens to visit. The banks of the Seine are about 30 km from us. If you fancy the sea, it's just 1 hour's drive away.

Michelle August 5, 2025 General rating:We had a top week with Francois and Karine! We received an incredibly warm and welcoming reception in their beautiful house and garden. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day with fresh, local produce. They can tell you a lot about the area and are happy to show you the way. We stayed in the little red house in the garden, with a lovely bed and cozy sitting area in front. Plenty to see and do in the area, including the nice city of Rouen. Highly recommended!
Dikke aanrader!
