Nature house in Montchevrier

A fully and tastefully furnished cottage for 4 people, divided into 2 spacious bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed). The spacious washroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet makes the stay pleasant. Everything is available for self-catering, and to increase the comfort there is a dishwasher and combi oven-microwave. On the sunny wooden front terrace, hidden behind a hedge, it is nice to have breakfast. On the quiet evening terrace at the back, overlooking the large vegetable garden, the fruit trees and the large meadow, it is nice to relax by a fire in the brazier. The swimming pool and the spacious garden with swing, hammock, badminton net and kubb is available to everyone. The chickens and goats can enjoy your presence. This bright cottage is located in the converted barn and is a separate part of this small farm.

Hidden in nature, on the border on the Indre and the Creuse, lies our gîte. The rolling landscape, a patchwork of hedged meadows and fields, invites fine walks. The many hollow and forest trails that cross the landscape offer a diverse range of possibilities. There are pleasant and mapped out walks from our place, but you can also find signposted walks at every village square. UItday cycling tours are of course also among the possibilities. The buzzards will gladly accompany you and with some luck you can spot a deer or a wild boar. If you want to go a bit further by electric bike, you can enjoy the mysterious valley of the Creuse. It is not for nothing that it is called "the valley of the painters" of the impressionists. Beautiful scenery, fine spots, .... For those who want to go a little further, you can visit the Brenne by car. With its many lakes, it is a paradise for water birds.
